About Us
What is 3dify?
3dify is a 3D printed decor and gifting brand that makes custom pieces for desks, shelves, bedside tables, office corners and everyday spaces — with a focus on usefulness, character and clean finishing.
What kind of products do you make?
We make thoughtfully designed objects for everyday spaces. This may include personalised name plates, desk accessories, display pieces, home objects, photo products, storage pieces, coasters and other useful items with a more interesting form.
The idea is simple: useful first, noticeable second, finished with care always.
Is 3dify only a gifting brand?
No. Our products are made for everyday spaces first. They can be gifted when relevant, but we do not design them as “just another gift item.”
A good 3dify product should feel good enough to gift and useful enough to keep.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are 3D printed, then checked, finished and packed by hand. They are not handmade in the traditional sense, but each piece is made and handled carefully before shipping.
Customisation
Do you offer customised products?
Yes, selected products are available with customisation. This may include names, colours, initials, text, photos, engravings or other product-specific details.
Some products also have a “Make it Yours” option, where you can place the order first and confirm the final details with us on WhatsApp before the product is made.
How do I place a custom order?
For customised products, choose the available options on the product page and enter the required details carefully before placing the order.
If the product has a “Make it Yours” option, you can place the order and we will connect with you on WhatsApp to confirm details such as colours, names, photos, engravings or special requests before production starts.
Can I customise any product on the website?
Not every product is fully customisable, but many products can be adjusted even if every option is not shown on the product page.
You can ask us about colour changes, mixed colours in the same order, engravings, names, photos or other special requests on WhatsApp. Some requests may depend on design feasibility, production limits and may cost extra.
Can I see a preview before my custom product is made?
This depends on the product. For some custom products, a preview or confirmation may be possible before production. For others, the final piece is made directly using the details submitted or confirmed at the time of order.
If preview approval is part of the process, it will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed with you on WhatsApp before production.
Can I change the name, colour or details after placing the order?
If production has not started, we may be able to update the details. Once a custom or made-to-order product has gone into production, changes may not be possible.
If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
How do I share photos for photo-based products?
For products that require photos, you can place the order and share the photos with us on WhatsApp. We will check the photos and confirm if they are suitable before making the product.
Please share clear, good-quality photos so the final result can be made properly.
Product Details
Where can I use 3dify products?
Most 3dify products are designed for indoor spaces such as desks, shelves, bedside tables, dressing tables, office corners, home setups and display areas.
Each product page will mention the best use case for that specific item.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Unless clearly mentioned on the product page, our products are recommended for indoor use. Keep them away from direct heat, water, rough handling and prolonged outdoor exposure.
Will the colour look exactly like the product photo?
We try to show product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours and finish may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting and the production process.
Small variations are normal and do not affect the basic use of the product.
Are the products strong?
Our products are designed for normal everyday indoor use. They are checked for basic usability and finish before dispatch.
That said, they should still be handled with care. Avoid dropping, bending, exposing them to heat or placing heavy weight on delicate parts.
How do I clean the products?
Wipe gently with a dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaners, heat and rough scrubbing.
For best results, keep the product in a clean indoor space.
Are the products safe for kids?
Our products are decor and utility items, not toys unless clearly mentioned. Some designs may have small parts, edges or delicate details, so they should be kept away from very young children and pets.
Orders, Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to make my order?
Ready products and made-to-order products may have different timelines. Custom products usually need additional production time before dispatch, especially when details need to be confirmed on WhatsApp.
Production timeline: Usually 24–48 hours after all required details are received and confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping partner.
Estimated delivery timeline: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India. Delivery availability and timeline may depend on your PIN code.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid because many products are made to order or customised after the order is placed.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through WhatsApp.
Is the product packed safely?
Yes. We pack products carefully so they can reach you safely. Packaging may vary depending on the product size, shape and order type.
For gift-suitable products, we try to keep the packaging clean and presentable.
Returns, Damage and Cancellation
Can I return a product?
Since many 3dify products are made to order or customised, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, personal preference or incorrect details submitted by the customer.
Returns or replacements are considered only for damaged, incorrect or defective products after verification.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your order reaches you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a clear video showing the damaged product and packaging.
Once verified, we will guide you with the next steps as per our replacement or refund policy.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and a complete unboxing video. A wrong-product claim can only be reviewed with an unboxing video so we can verify the issue properly.
Once verified, we will help you with the correct resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation depends on whether production has started.
For ready products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch. For custom or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once details are confirmed and production has started.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after the issue is reviewed and verified. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, order status and issue reported.
Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds due to change of mind, wrong selection or personal preference.
Gifting and Bulk Orders
Are 3dify products good for gifting?
Yes, selected products work well as thoughtful gifts because they are useful, personal in feel and made for everyday spaces.
They are suitable for people who enjoy desk setups, room decor, personal objects, office corners, shelves or small details that make a space feel more considered.
Can I order for birthdays, anniversaries or office gifting?
Yes, depending on the product. Personalised products can work well for birthdays, anniversaries, desk gifts, couple gifts, housewarming gifts, colleague gifts and other thoughtful occasions.

You can share the idea with us and we will let you know if it is possible. Some ideas may work well, while others may not be practical because of size, structure, finish or production limits.
