For customised, photo-based or “Make it Yours” products, we may also collect details such as names, initials, photos, text, colour preferences, engraving details, design instructions or other information needed to make your product.

For support, replacement or refund-related requests, we may collect order details, issue details, photos, videos, unboxing videos or other proof required to review the issue properly.

Payment-related information is handled through secure payment providers and Shopify systems. We do not directly store full card numbers, UPI credentials, banking details or sensitive payment details on our own systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, customise products, confirm details, arrange shipping, provide support, handle cancellations, returns, replacements or refund requests, and communicate important order updates.

Your information helps us make, pack, dispatch and support your order correctly.

If your order requires confirmation on WhatsApp, we may use your phone number to contact you for names, colours, photos, engravings, design details or other order-related clarifications.

Payment Information

For photo-based products, you may share photos with us over WhatsApp. We may review them to check whether they are suitable for the product before production starts.

Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information unless it is required for the product you are ordering.

Photos, Videos and Order Proof

For some products or support requests, you may share photos, videos or unboxing videos with us. This may include photos for custom products, videos for damaged product claims, or unboxing videos for wrong-product claims.

These files are used only to make your order, verify product details, review an issue, or provide the correct support or resolution.

We do not use customer photos, videos or customisation details for public marketing unless you give us permission.
