Shipping Policy

We want your 3dify order to reach you safely, clearly and without confusion. Since many of our products are made-to-order or customised, we take a little time to prepare them properly before shipping.

Most orders are prepared within 24–48 hours after order confirmation and required detail confirmation.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

For custom, photo-based or “Make it Yours” products, production starts after the required details are received and confirmed on WhatsApp. Please make sure your name, text, spelling, colour selection, photos, phone number and delivery address are correct before confirming the order details.

Once production has started, changes may not always be possible.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume or delays from the shipping partner.

We try our best to dispatch orders on time, but once the package is handed over to the courier, final delivery depends on the shipping partner.

Shipping Across India

We ship across India.

Delivery availability and timeline may depend on your PIN code. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will contact you after your order is placed to decide the next step, such as an alternate address or order cancellation/refund if required.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid because many products are customised or made to order after the order is placed.

Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through WhatsApp.

Please make sure your phone number is correct and active so you can receive order updates without delay. Tracking updates may be delayed if the phone number shared is incorrect or unreachable.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please enter your shipping address, PIN code and phone number carefully.

If an order is delayed, returned or undelivered because of an incorrect address, wrong PIN code, unreachable phone number or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their process. If you are unavailable, they may contact you directly or attempt delivery again.

If the order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to decide the next step.

Damaged Package or Product

We pack every order carefully, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number and a clear video showing the damaged product and packaging. Photos may also be requested if needed for review.

Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will guide you with the next step as per our replacement or refund policy.

Delayed Orders

If your order has crossed the estimated delivery timeline, contact us with your order number. We will help you check the status with the courier partner.
