Using Our Website
By browsing or ordering from 3dify, you agree to our store terms and policies.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products are created using the details submitted or confirmed by the customer.
Order Responsibility
Customers must check product details, custom text, photos, address, and contact information before ordering.
General Use of Website
By using the 3dify website, browsing our products, contacting us, or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and the other policies listed on our website.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Product Information
We try to show product images, colours, sizes, descriptions and details as accurately as possible.
However, slight differences may happen due to screen settings, lighting, material behaviour, production process, or product finishing.
Small variations in colour, surface finish, or 3D printed layer lines may be normal and do not always mean the product is defective.
Custom-Made Products
Some 3dify products are personalised, customised or made-to-order. These products are made based on details shared or confirmed by the customer, such as name, colour, text, photo, initials, engraving details or design preference.
For products with a “Make it Yours” option, you can place the order first and we may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm details such as colours, names, photos, engravings or special requests before production starts.
Once production has started, changes, cancellations, returns or refunds may not be possible for custom-made or made-to-order products unless the product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective after verification.
Customer Responsibility
Before placing or confirming an order, customers must carefully check all order and customisation details, including:
- Name, text or custom details
- Photo quality, if the product requires photos
- Engraving or design instructions
- Phone number and WhatsApp availability
- Shipping address
- PIN code
- Colour or design preference
- Quantity and product selection
3dify will make the product using the details submitted at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp. Incorrect details provided or confirmed by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid because many products are customised or made to order after the order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order if there is a payment issue, incorrect product information, technical error, stock issue, serviceability issue, suspected misuse, or any other valid reason.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may be possible only if production has not started. For custom-made, photo-based or made-to-order products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once details are confirmed and production begins.
Photos, Custom Details and Customer Content
If a product requires photos, names, text, engraving details or design instructions, you may be asked to share or confirm those details on WhatsApp.
Please share clear, suitable and usable content. We may reject or request replacement content if the photo, text or design instruction is unclear, unsuitable, low-quality or not feasible for the product.
By sharing photos, names, text or design details with us, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content for your order.
We do not use customer photos, videos or customisation details for public marketing unless you give us permission.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, tracking details, delivery delays, incorrect addresses and courier-related issues are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Return, refund and replacement eligibility depends on the product type, issue reported, order details, required proof and verification process.
For damaged products, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear video showing the damaged product and packaging.
For wrong or incorrect products, a complete unboxing video is required so we can verify the issue properly.

Intellectual Property
All 3dify product photos, website content, product designs, logo, brand elements, graphics and written content belong to 3dify unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, modify, sell or distribute our content or designs without permission.
Limitation of Liability
3dify is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect customer details, unreachable phone numbers, failed delivery attempts or factors outside our control.
We are also not responsible for damage caused by misuse, rough handling, dropping, heat, water exposure, outdoor exposure or improper care after delivery.
Our responsibility is limited to reviewing verified order-related issues as per our Shipping Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy.
