This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing


Once your order is placed successfully, we begin processing it as per the product type and availability.


Order processing time: 24-48 hours

Dispatch days: Monday to Saturday

Non-working days: Orders may not be processed or dispatched on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working business days.


For products that involve customisation, dispatch may take longer depending on the details required, design confirmation, or production time.


Shipping Locations


We currently ship to serviceable locations across India through our delivery partners.


Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s PIN code, courier serviceability, and product availability.


Delivery Timeline


Once the order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:


Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch


Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges


Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at the time of checkout before the order is confirmed.


Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the platform where the order was placed.


Customers are responsible for providing the correct phone number, email address, and shipping address to avoid delivery issues.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address


Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code, mobile number, and landmark details are correct before placing the order.


3dify will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may be chargeable.



Damaged Package on Delivery


If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos or videos before opening it.


If the product inside is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the outer packaging
  • Photos or videos of the damaged product
  • A short explanation of the issue


This helps us verify the issue and assist you properly.


Orders Placed Through Marketplaces


If you place an order for a 3dify product through a marketplace such as Amazon, shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, cancellations, and returns may be handled as per that marketplace’s policies.


For such orders, please refer to the marketplace order page for delivery updates and support options.


Delays Beyond Our Control


While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, high order volume, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other external factors.


3dify will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist customers wherever possible.
