Load the coasters from the removable top lid. When you turn the side knob, one coaster comes out from the front opening.

What can be customized?

You can customize the coaster colours, coaster shapes, and the name/text written on the front of the dispenser.

Is customization free?

Yes, basic customization requests are available at no extra cost. However, the final timeline may increase depending on the request and confirmation time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we’ll help with the next step based on the issue.

Will my customization details be checked?

Yes. Your custom details are reviewed before we prepare the product. For photo or text-based products, we match your shared content with your Order ID before moving ahead.

Please make sure spellings, dates, names, and photo selections are correct when you share them.

Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery?

Most of our products are made only after an order is placed. Many pieces are custom printed with your selected colour, title, name, photo, or design details.

Because of that, once a product is printed for you, it usually cannot be reused or sold to someone else. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or returned, the product, printing time, packaging, and shipping cost can result in a complete loss.

To keep the process fair, genuine, and smooth, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
