  • Avoid water contact, rough handling, or placing heavy items on it.
  • Use only 10x15 cm photos for best fit.

Are printed photos included?

Yes, printed photos are included with the product.

Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery?

Most of our products are made only after an order is placed. Many pieces are custom printed with your selected colour, title, name, photo, or design details.

Because of that, once a product is printed for you, it usually cannot be reused or sold to someone else. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or returned, the product, printing time, packaging, and shipping cost can result in a complete loss.

To keep the process fair, genuine, and smooth, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Is prepaid payment safe?

Yes. Our checkout uses a secure payment process, so your payment is completed through a trusted online payment system.

Once your order is placed, you receive your order details, and you can share your customization content with us using your Order ID.

Will my customization details be checked?

Yes. Your custom details are reviewed before we prepare the product. For photo or text-based products, we match your shared content with your Order ID before moving ahead.

Please make sure spellings, dates, names, and photo selections are correct when you share them.

What if I upload or share the wrong photo/text?

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

If the product has not gone into printing yet, we’ll try to update the details. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible because the item is made specifically for your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we’ll help with the next step based on the issue.

Can I replace the photos later?

Yes, if you choose the without-photos option or carefully remove and replace the photos yourself. Use the correct 10x15 cm size for best fit.

Is it ready-made?

No. It is printed after your order is confirmed, based on your selected colour, title, and photo option.

Are layer lines normal?

Yes. Since this product is 3D printed, subtle layer lines may be visible on the surface. They are a natural part of the making process and add to the made-for-you character of the piece.
