How many photos can it hold?

The Memory Cube can hold up to 36 printed photos, depending on the final product format.

Are printed photos included?

Yes, printed photos are included with the product.

Will it stay closed properly?

Yes, the cube uses magnets on both opening sides to help keep it closed securely.

Is this customizable?

Yes. You can choose the outer box colour, and you can also request a single colour for all photo holders if you do not want the colourful mixed look. After placing your order, share your customization request with us on WhatsApp. We’ll check the details and confirm what is possible before making it.

Are layer lines normal?

Yes. Since this product is 3D printed, subtle layer lines may be visible on the surface. They are a natural part of the process and do not affect the function or overall look of the product.

Are the photos removable?

Yes, the photos can be removed. However, they sit inside snap-lock photo holders, so we recommend treating them as a keepsake setup rather than changing them very frequently. Occasional changes are fine, but repeated opening may affect the fit over time.

Is it ready-made?

No. It is printed after your order is confirmed, based on your selected colour, title, and photo option.

Is prepaid payment safe?

Yes. Our checkout uses a secure payment process, so your payment is completed through a trusted online payment system.

Once your order is placed, you receive your order details, and you can share your customization content with us using your Order ID.

Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery?

Most of our products are made only after an order is placed. Many pieces are custom printed with your selected colour, title, name, photo, or design details.

Because of that, once a product is printed for you, it usually cannot be reused or sold to someone else. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or returned, the product, printing time, packaging, and shipping cost can result in a complete loss.

To keep the process fair, genuine, and smooth, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
