Yes, the photos can be replaced carefully. However, the frames are designed to hold the photos securely, so we recommend changing them only occasionally and handling the pieces gently while removing or placing a photo.

Each part comes with double-sided sticker already applied on the back for easier placement. Just follow the included guide and place the pieces on a clean, dry and smooth surface.

When arranged similar to the reference layout, it covers approx. 25 inches left to right and 27 inches top to bottom, with up to 3.5 inches depth. The final size may vary depending on how you space each piece while placing it.

Yes. Our checkout uses a secure payment process, so your payment is completed through a trusted online payment system.

Once your order is placed, you receive your order details, and you can share your customization content with us using your Order ID.

Most of our products are made only after an order is placed. Many pieces are custom printed with your selected colour, title, name, photo, or design details.

Because of that, once a product is printed for you, it usually cannot be reused or sold to someone else. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or returned, the product, printing time, packaging, and shipping cost can result in a complete loss.

To keep the process fair, genuine, and smooth, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Yes. Your custom details are reviewed before we prepare the product. For photo or text-based products, we match your shared content with your Order ID before moving ahead.

Please make sure spellings, dates, names, and photo selections are correct when you share them.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

If the product has not gone into printing yet, we’ll try to update the details. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible because the item is made specifically for your order.

If your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
