Can I stick it on a wall?

Yes. A double-sided sticker is included for smooth, clean surfaces. Avoid dusty, textured, damp, or uneven walls for best hold.

What is it made of?

It is made from PLA with a solid 3D structure, designed for indoor display and everyday decorative use

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

We try to show the product as accurately as possible, but slight colour differences may happen due to lighting, screen settings, and the production process.

Can it stand on its own?

Yes. The 25mm thickness helps the plate stand on flat surfaces like desks, shelves, bedside tables, and office corners.

Is it ready-made?

No. It is printed after your order is confirmed, based on your selected colour, title, and photo option.

Why don’t you offer Cash on Delivery?

Most of our products are made only after an order is placed. Many pieces are custom printed with your selected colour, title, name, photo, or design details.

Because of that, once a product is printed for you, it usually cannot be reused or sold to someone else. If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or returned, the product, printing time, packaging, and shipping cost can result in a complete loss.

To keep the process fair, genuine, and smooth, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Is prepaid payment safe?

Yes. Our checkout uses a secure payment process, so your payment is completed through a trusted online payment system.

Once your order is placed, you receive your order details, and you can share your customization content with us using your Order ID.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we’ll help with the next step based on the issue.
